Alex Mashego is a chemical engineer with more than 20 years of experience spanning plant operations, process design, commissioning, process safety, engineering management and technical leadership.
His career has moved from hands-on operating environments to senior and principal engineering roles. That perspective keeps the work technically rigorous, commercially aware and grounded in how plants and project teams actually operate.

Alex’s career includes process operations at Sasol; project and process engineering roles with Eskom, Huntsman and Linc Energy; pilot-plant development leadership at Hazer Group; senior engineering roles with AGL Energy and Dyno Nobel; and leadership of Queensland process engineering at WGA.
This breadth supports work across concept development, FEED and detailed design, brownfield modifications, pilot-plant design and operation, commissioning, troubleshooting, optimisation, hazard studies, functional safety and technical assurance.
